A great place to work out for free this summer is Millennium Park on 201 E. Randolph St. You can get your blood flowing and your muscles toned outside in the open air on the beautiful at Jay Pritzker Pavilion on the Great Lawn. It’s a great way to prepare for how you want to look in your summer wear!

Every Saturday starting June 8 to August 31 from 7 to 11 a.m., everyone is free to participate in Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and/or Zumba classes. Each workout is 45 minutes long. The City of Chicago says the schedule is subject to change, but for now, this is what is in sight:

• Tai Chi at 7 am

• Yoga at 8 am

• Pilates at 9 am

• Zumba at 10 am
